OK - gonna try and reboot this thing in time for Mum and Dad's trip the US (May/June 2013).

Kreuzberg Jazzt!

Euro-'09, Part eins: First stop - one night in Berlin hosted by Frau Mawdsley, featuring a conveniently timed Jazz festival in Kreuzberg, a three-tiered Fruestueck with Steph, and a giant swan (short-bus not included).

Reparation

My car is as good as new again after a recent run in with some unidentified unfriendlies in Madison - now I just have to look fwd to my insurance premium going back up.

Back in June I attended my first baseball game (thanks Omar!) at Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs and conveniently only a short stroll from my new place.
